The Southeast Kansas Area Agency on Aging (SEKAAA) has prepared its proposed Older Americans Act Area Plan for the upcoming planning period. The Area Plan outlines the programs, services, and priorities that will support older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities throughout the SEKAAA service area. SEKAAA invites public to review and comment on the proposed Area Plan. Input from older adults, caregivers, service providers, community organizations, and other interested parties is encouraged and will be considered prior to final submission of the plan.

When making comments we asked that you answer the following questions:

  • Do you feel the plan identifies the needs of older citizens in your area?

  • Are there any needs/services not identified? If yes, please explain.

  • Do you feel the priorities identified are appropriate? If no, please explain.

  • Additional comments?
