Congregate and home delivered meals are available by calling the phone numbers listed below.  Transportation is also available in some locations.

Nutrition services are available to:

*  Persons 60 years of age or older
*  Their spouses
*  Volunteers who are under 60 and volunteer on a regular basis
*  Non-elderly disabled person who resides in a housing facility 
    where there   
    is a congregate meal site
*  Non-elderly disabled person who resides in a home with/or 
    accompanies a person 60 years of age to the meal site
